Currently, opening the Replies page marks ALL threads as read at once. There's no way to process them one by one like in Inbox.
Problem:
  • I have 20 unread thread replies
  • I want to deal with just 1 right now and come back to the rest later
  • But opening Replies marks everything as read immediately
  • "Keep unread" on each thread is a workaround, not a solution
Expected behavior:
  • Threads in Replies should stay unread until I actively open/view them individually
  • Same behavior as Inbox: I click one notification, deal with it, the rest stay unread
  • Let me triage replies at my own pace, not force me to see all 20 at once
This would make Replies actually usable for people who get a lot of thread activity and want to handle them intentionally, not reactively.
