I went through the AI chatbot to try and figure out an issue I was having, but it didn't help much. That was expected so I went and submitted a ticket for a human response. The email I got back was obviously AI generated and it basically just repeated what the chatbot had already told me, just with a few more tips that still did not help. The email has a profile of a human attached which is incredibly misleading, and an attempt to pretend that your issue was actually looked at. The entire purpose of a support ticket is to have a place where you can troubleshoot more complex issues. An AI is not capable of solving complex issues. If I wanted an AI to respond then I would just use the chatbot. It felt incredibly dismissive and has lowered my opinion of Clickup.
