Yes - this is a needed feature; for reminders to be sent via email, especially since other notifications are also sent this way as well.

Hey dev team, this would be an awesome feature. Specifically, we have a bunch of recurring tasks in our company, and it would very much help if the responsible staff members got e-mails into their inbox when a task becomes due again.

Hi development team, I would like to have the option to set when to send reminders to email and the ability to add note to these reminders. Notifications via the app or desktop can be and have been missed if many tasks were updated at the same time. I would like to be able to choose which notification to send to email and not just send all notification to email to avoid bogging down my email.

I agree. Having notifications just via mobile or desktop is not always convenient. For one, I usually put my phone on No Disturb during the day and desktop notifications can be annoying.

Yes, definitely, this would be a great feature. Especially since we can link reminders to comments. I really think this is a must-have.

Same Request, I would like an email notification with reminders. A lot of people are not on there phone awhile working and work from their email. Not sure why it isn't an option already.
