Reminder a set time before a recurring task's start date

Our team currently has a board with recurring tasks. Some of these need completed at specific times during the day. We'd like a way to set a notification to remind those team members to begin working on that task 10, 15, or 30 minutes before the task start time.

I am putting together a plan for different maintenance tasks for 2026 and I would like to have a function where I can set the recurring tasks to send a notification for example 10 days in advance.

Good news on a related front — we actually shipped "X days before due date" notifications a while back, so that piece exists. The start date equivalent (get a heads-up N days before work begins) is a separate gap we haven't filled yet.
Your maintenance planning use case makes this concrete: recurring tasks where you want lead time to prepare before the start date kicks in. That's a real workflow. Tracking this — no timeline to share right now but the ask is understood.
