Hello ClickUp Support Team,

I’m experiencing an issue with recurring tasks.

I set up a recurring task to repeat weekly, on a schedule, with the option “Create new task” enabled and “Recur forever” selected. However, the new recurring tasks are not being created automatically according to the scheduled dates.

Instead, the next task is only created after the current task is closed/completed.

Could you please check why the recurrence is not working based on the schedule? I’ve attached a screenshot of the recurrence settings for reference.
