Recurrence Settings for Weekdays

I'm trying to set up recurring tasks for either the first weekday or last weekday of the month.
I've tried using the "By Week" settings but I end up with 5 occurrences of the same task. For example if I need the last weekday of the month and it falls on a Thursday, the task will start to recur on the Friday before.

It would be perfect if due date of a recurring task can be set up as first / last workday of each month. In TickTick there is the option for workday and this makes the recurring schedule very flexible.

Yes its super frustrating as its very rare that the last day you need to some thing is outside of work days. Just for few examples where last of first workday of the month would be beuseful:
- Send invoices to clients
- Report hours for month
- Montly deadlines

I can't believe that this was requested 5 years ago and they still have not implemented this! It would be so helpful for many task types.

I use recurrence to assign tasks to my shift teams, and in this case, I would need a recurrence every 12 hours, instead of 1 per day, this would be very useful so that each shift has its tasks.

Recurring Task on the First Weekday of the Month

I'd like to set up a task to recur on the first weekday of every month. Setting it as the the first day does not always work because the 1st is sometimes a weekend, and setting the first Monday of every month also does not work because the month does not always begin close to a Monday.
This is a feature I've used in other organizational apps, and I'd really appreciate it here without having to resort to workaround such as duplicating a task and setting the first weekday manually.

Hi, we need to see the "skip weekends" option apply to "monthly" as well as the Daily as we have hundreds of month-end reports / Tasks where these need to start on the first working day of each month.
Do you have any ETA when this will be available. I see there have been queries / requests about this for several years already.
Other suggestions have been made to be by staff, but none of them are sufficient solutions.
