Rearrange View tabs without pinning them

We are using so many Views in certain lists, that it becomes a bit unruly, even with the grouping, because to change the order that the tabs show, you have to pin them, and then the remaining items in that group show up in an order that you can't change. Then we have Box, Calendar, Activity, Workload, etc. and can't change the order that those appear.
Some people are on smaller monitors and have to scroll horizontally to get to the things they need.
We'd like to be able to control the order of all tabs, regardless of being pinned.
Plus, it'd still be helpful to have a hamburger menu in addition to the horizontal scrolling (like Google Spreadsheets for choosing the sheet you're working on when there are lots of sheets).

This is an excellent suggestion! It should work much like your tabs in your web browser that remembers of your views

I agree! The horizontal scrolling isn't always feasible. And to not have the ability to designate, say for instance a nest of chat views, at the front of the view bar is pretty inconvenient as well.

Would like to see this feature added as well. Order of view tabs is fundamental to navigating and not being able to prioritize this list can produce major cognitive dissonance when working across spaces/folders/lists.
