Rearrange columns in List View

I'm wondering whether I am able to move my columns in list view and change their order. e.g. I just added 2 custom fields, Contact Name and Phone. But these appear completely top the right in list view. Can I move them so that they are the first 2 columns?

I also can't seem to do this? There are graphic indicators that seem to suggest drag and drop capability, but it doesn't do anything. Can anyone lend any assistance? Not being able to move columns is making like untenable...

Zeb: So, how can the columns be dragged? I (and others in the forum) can't figure it out... In my setup the columns are the statuses.

Just giving this a nudge. I also use Airtable, and just to move columns around at a whim to suit the info I need in the moment is very useful. (and remembered for the next visit to that list).
