Prompt to "Mark Task as Complete?" when all subtasks have been completed, and vice versa
Steve Rumberg
PART 1. When all Subtasks have been completed, prompt to "Mark this Task complete?"
WHY? Since CU doesn't (yet) have the ability to group tasks under a "group label," I put related subtasks under a "group header" task which is just a placeholder. When all subtasks have been completed, I want the "header task" to go away since it's not a real task.
As shown in the photo, when the subtasks have been completed, "Send Client Statements" is also complete, so let the computer ask if it should be marked complete, as well.
PART 2. And, vice-versa, when a Task is marked as complete, prompt the user, "Mark all subtasks complete?"
WHY? Some subtasks are optional. When the Task is determined to be complete, it's tedious to mark all the subtasks complete. ClickUp wants to do that tedium for us!

I'd like the ability to set an automation for this, so that if all subtasks are completed for a specific task, the parent task is automatically marked complete. I know right now there aren't automations at the task level, but PLEASE consider adding this.

It would basically be the "reverse" of this, that already exists. If all subtask are closed prompt of the parent task should also be resolved.

Add a shortcut to make all subtasks a mandatory\dependent for parent task completion, cause sometimes it's annoying to go into each subtask and set dependency manually.

Yes please. Specifically part 2 for me. If I complete a task, I would like to have all sub-tasks marked as completed as well.
Better if I could choose the state that they're set to, as we have a "Completed" status before "Closed"
