Problem with email threads: replies are lost if we don't respond from ClickUp

When we send an email from ClickUp, the recipient's first response is correctly linked to the task.
However, if the recipient responds again without us having answered previously, that second (and successive) answers are no longer associated with the task and the conversation thread is lost.
This causes:
Loss of conversation history within the task
Difficulty keeping track of customer communications
Risk of losing important answers
Expected behavior:
All the answers in the same thread should be associated with the original task, even if the recipient sends several emails in a row without a response from us.
Current behavior:
Only the first answer is linked correctly. The following do not appear in the task.
