Prevent accidental drag and drop leaking secrets

Hi!
It has come to my knowledge I have somehow accidentally moved a private list into a folder which is shared with a broader audience leaking the contents of the private list automatically.
Accidental drag and drop can happen for various reasons when someone's working on multiple screens, inside virtual machines or just while being tired.
Proposal: Raise a modal asking for a confirmation when drag and drop moving a list from a folder into another and consider applying this to folders between spaces too. Alternatively make it possible to disable drag and drop totally for the whole sidebar and users could unlock it when they actually need it.

Being able to disable accidental drag and drop for specific tasks would be helpful for us over here too! Or a confirmation after an item has been dragged and dropped, as suggested above, would also be helpful for us too! We would like for there to be a way to prevent tasks from being dragged and turned into a subtask. We want to continue to be able to drag subtasks.
