Presentation Mode for Whiteboards (Like Miro Frames)
אלעד גבור
As an architecture and urban planning firm, we often use Whiteboards to present ideas, concepts, and project summaries. One powerful improvement would be to enable a “presentation mode”, inspired by Miro:
Allow users to create frames (sections of the whiteboard), and then set the order of presentation.
Add basic design tools like frames, icons, simple border styles, and a small font library – to make slides clearer and more visually appealing.
Enable easy sharing of the whiteboard as a presentation (public view / guest link), with navigation between frames like a slideshow.
Option to embed our company logo and branding, and maybe even allow a small “Powered by ClickUp” tag for shared/public presentations – helping ClickUp gain organic visibility in business and client-facing settings.
This could be a great way to:
Present active projects to the team
Review client feedback and selected materials
Replace the need for external tools (like PowerPoint or Miro)
ClickUp’s vision is “One app to replace them all” – and this feature fits beautifully into that promise.
Thanks for considering!

Love this vision, Elad! Presentation mode for Whiteboards is absolutely something I want to bring to life. Frames, better design tools, and easy sharing are all on our radar, we want Whiteboards to be a real alternative to Miro and PowerPoint. To be candid, this isn’t at the very top of our customer requests right now, so it might be a little while before we get to it. But it’s definitely on my future roadmap

Zach I would really love to see this come to fruition. It could really change our daily work and speed up our work. And make it even easier for us.
