popup for Bug / Feature Submit within app/page
completed

Pop up within the App or if online within the page to submit a bug or to request a feature/enhancement.
Going to another page or being redirected to another website(as I am right now) is a pain in the ass, not very motivating to get people to submit things. I tend to ignore bugs/requests... and there are many. lol

[APP] Send feedback directly from the app
Ármin Telegdi
A proper bugreport system would help a lot with at least a link to the feedback form, but would be even better to make the app provide context for the report without the need of memorizing where the error happened and select it from a uselessly short dropdown on an external page, capturing screenshots and attaching them manually, etc... Take e.g. Google Feedback form as an inspiration

Submit a Bug or Make Suggestions from inside a Doc w/o leaving the Doc Page
Preston Smith
Currently in order to Submit a Bug or Make Suggestions, you have to back out of where you are at in docs, (which is about 3 clicks away) in order to Submit a Bug or make a suggestion. It would be nice if that option was available when working from inside the doc b/c sometimes you need that doc open in order to articulate the issue or suggestion at hand.

I used to be able to submit a bug in two clicks, now it's like 5. Could we get this button back???

Improve interface during Bug reporting

Allow user to keep bug report form running behind the science while filling it up. On timer is good. Had to fill up bug report 3 times, as I realized that I need to take pictures and copy list link, I had to close the report and restart from beginning as all information was lost when form closed.

Integrate Bug Reporting & Tracking directly into ClickUp.

3rd party tools like Canny are not ideal for bug tracking, plus you will have a lot more flexibility if you can integrate this as part of Clickup.
-Allow submitting bugs
-private and public posts (no more "email bugs@")
-make videos right from within the bug request
-Add more statuses & transparency so users can see real status of bug, and even the engineer or team assigned to it.
-Add more detailed progress meter, much more useful than just sitting "In Progress" for few months
-All incoming bugs should be classified by a moderator, never left in "Open" status
-Classify each bug into severity type, and if it's in queue to be worked on, show # in queue
-If the bug is really a feature issue, or user usability error, re-classify it as such, so it's not counting towards open bugs
-Show stats for bugs resolved in last week/month, etc.
-Bugs identified by your internal team should also become part of this system & part of the stats, so we are not just hearing about it in update emails

Love the tool, but several high impact bugs... need a quick way to report a bug from the app.
Guy Mannerings
This would be really beneficial.
I have so many bugs submitted, it would be way easier to track them inside ClickUp directly and be able to respond to messages from support there, instead of trying to track and respond and check the status of bugs via email.
It would also mean support gets more consistent responses from me, as email can become too overloaded, which will only help ClickUp as well.
Joshua Borger
I agree, this would be more helpful than having to go through the long process of submitting a bug but be more effective than using Canny for bugs.
