Please remove the AI that is giving false instructions

There is an AI function in Click-Up that is claiming it can help me. Not once the last two weeks has it given me an advice that actually works. It makes things up, tells me extremely detailed instructions that looks like they are real, but they are just hallucinations. It admits not looking at the documentation. Can you please just remove this function so it will not spend users time geting thrown down the wrong route? I already lost many hours last weeks believing some of the things it has made up.

I have also now experienced that it is not only the AI that is giving false instrucitons. Also the support have been telling me for weeks that what I have asked for would work. Only after a gazillion questions from me how to make it work they finally came back and said "what you want to do is not possible".
Please, if you build a front end - also build the backend so it works when you e.g. want to sort on rolled up data fields.
Please, make sure the AI support and the human intelligens support answers what you ask them. And are honest. It is super counter productive to be told that something would work - when it does not. It feels good when you get the positive message to start with, but I can tell you, it does not feel very good two weeks later when you realize it was just made up.
