It would be great to be able to access the chat without leaving the space we are currently in. That is to say having a small chat window at the bottom right with the list of discussions, & being able to open this or that discussion, always in this small window. The ideal would be to be inspired by what Facebook or Instagram does: where we can access discussions from this small window in the window, which we can reduce whenever we want so as not to be bothered by them. And with a small number or a red dot if you receive a message. Obviously it would not replace the chat as we know it here, but it will allow you to quickly send a message without leaving your current work.
