Right now, ClickUp's AI token pool is shared across the entire workspace with no way to allocate or cap usage per team or individual. In practice, this means one heavy-using team can burn through the entire organization's token budget before others even get a chance to benefit from agents. For operations managers responsible for cost control, this is a real problem: we have zero visibility into who's consuming what, and no lever to pull when spending gets out of hand. It's like giving every department an unlimited corporate card linked to the same account.
What I'd love to see is a token budget allocation feature, ideally integrated into Team Hub, where admins can set a monthly token ceiling per team or per user. Once a team hits their cap, agent access pauses and they get a clear message that they've reached their limit. A simple column in Team Hub showing cumulative token spend would give us the visibility we need, and hard caps would give us the governance. This would let organizations scale agent adoption confidently without worrying about a single runaway use case blowing up the bill for everyone else.
