Copy images and paste them directly into a text field when you are adding tasks, writing comments, etc.

Hi, if you copy & paste a image from clipboard to the comments section, only a small 'image.png' tag is displayed, not a thumbnail of the image -visibility is lost, so it has UX impact- so you need to click on that tiny text tag to see the image. For that, I need to save as a file first and then drag & drop the file to attachments. Not very UX friendly process. Any solution or task in backlog for this?

I want to paste a URL or image as an attachment. The description images don't show up on the cards.

Hey there Matheus! You can paste images directly from your clipboard into a task description or a comment. Is this not the case for you?

Tarun Masani: Tarun, I get same problem as Abel. Can drag and rop in attached file, but not paste image from clipboard --- AHA, I think the confusion is that when creating the comment, it looks as Abel describes. But when reading the comment, the image is there OK.
