A column for Owned By in the custom field manager to be able to see who owns the field, since the Created By field is not able to be updated.
Case Use: 1. The created by user is now deactivated, changes need to be made, and it is used across workspaces.
  1. A user created custom field to use, now it is used across workspaces, and owned by workspace owner/admin.
