When creating a form at Folder level, it would be immensely handy to be able to select which List the task created with the form will be saved in.
It's even already baked in to the UI of the form builder!
As it is, we have to create a separate, virtually identical form for each list in the folder.
At least in my use case. I'm trying to set up an auto maintenance section, including fueling up. I thought the best way would be a form. I thought I'd be able to set it up so that when filling out the form, I could select which list to save to, as each list is a different car.
Maybe there is a better way to do this, or some sort of workaround. I'd be happy to hear of either!

I would like to upvote this! The lists we have change too often when projects are added and archived so it's cumbersome to do the custom field and automation suggestion below. Is there any chance this is a feature you're working on? Or do you know of a form builder that integrates with clickup in this way?

Hey Michael! What you're asking for isn't possible when filling out the form, but what about this for a workaround:
- Setup a dropdown on the Form for each List a task might go into.
- Setup an automation in one of your lists that will "When dropdown set to X, move task to X List"
This way, when someone fills out that form and selects a "List," the task is moved there by the automation.

🤔 Eric Wightman.... Sounds like it would... I'll give it a try. Still... would be nice to have it built in to the form all native-like!
