We use AI Notetaker in all our SyncUps, and the transcript and recording are very valuable to us — they help us remember who said what and when.

However, when a SyncUp ends, AI Notetaker automatically posts a summary and notes link as a reply to the SyncUp Chat message. For our team, this reply adds noise to our channels and isn't useful: we only need the transcript and recording, which we already access through "View AI Notes", Meetings Hub, or Docs Hub.

Currently there is no way to turn off this automatic reply while keeping AI Notetaker active. The only workaround is to turn off notifications for each SyncUp thread manually, which also silences human replies in that thread and has to be repeated for every call.

Request:

Add a setting (at the Workspace, Channel, or user level) to disable the automatic summary reply posted after a SyncUp, while keeping AI notes, the transcript, and the recording.
