Notify Admins & Owners when 2FA of Users is diabled

We are asking Guests/external users (people not part of our email domain) to enable their 2FA. But we want to be notified when they turn it off from their personal settings.

Gayathri N Hi! This information is available in the audit log, any changes to 2FA status, including when a Guest or external user disables 2FA, are recorded there. You can also access this data using our audit log APIs, which allows you to set up custom notifications or monitoring based on those events.
