Notification when invite was accepted

I invite guest on a regular basis. Before adding them to a specific space / folder, they don't see anything of course. As I don't get a notification, when an invite was accepted (invited by me), I need to check pro actively regularly. An automated message would be really helpful "Hey XYZ, guest XYZ has accepted your invite and now can added to XYZ".

We invite a lot of guest users to follow their projects through a customer dashboard. The problem is that I can't reliably give them permission to view the information the dashboard links to until they accept the invitation, but I need to build the dashboard before inviting them. If I could rely on a notification that an invitation has been accepted, I can go back and make sure they have all of the permissions they need to use the dashboard effectively.

We work with a lot of guests that I regularly invite. I can only add them to a specific location, ones they accepted the invite. As I don't get a notification from the system, I need to check from time to time, which can cause delays.
Would be great, if the person inviting a new member, gets a quick mail, when the one has accepted the invite or - if I can add the location already, when sending the invite. Both would be super helpful.

It would be helpful if there was a way that we could receive notifications when a new user accepted an invite to a workspace. I am part of the IT team supporting the workspace and we have granted much of our workspace based on teams. When a new user joins the workspace we often send out invites, but they don't always join right away so we find we are constantly manually checking to see if they have accepted the invite or not over the next few days to weeks so that we can assign them to the proper team(s).

Benjamin Wettlaufer Thank you for feedback. We currently allow sharing location with users in pending state. Is that what you are trying to do or are you trying to add them to location via Team?

Hi Armine Seropyan, thanks for the reply. No basically, what would help me already is a notification from the system that user XYZ has accepted the invite, so I can proceed with the onboarding.

This is HUGE. We invite customers to project dashboards all the time, and since permissions I assign prior to them accepting the invitation don't seem to stick, we ALWAYS have the awkward, "I tried to use ClickUp, but it didn't work" conversation before they are able to gain access to the linked lists.

When onboarding either Guests or Members into our Workspace, there is a laundry list of subsequent actions that follow and many are time-sensitive. A simple email (or whichever notification you choose) with "John Smith has accepted your invite as a Guest/Member of your Workspace" would be hugely helpful so I'm not having to check to see if they've accepted the invite, which is really tedious when onboarding several people per week.
