New Time Tracking
not on the roadmap

The new time tracking feature interface is god-awful. The existing one was fine and should be reinstated. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Send tweet.

It's back, and it's still awful! Please please give us the old one. I want to cry every time I click. Our team logs time all day every day for every task, and the new interface is incredibly burdensome and overwhelming. Everything is awful — switching, starting, adding timer notes. We really need people to use timer notes and I think now it's going to be impossible.

Also, removing an invalid tracked time is also a click further away then before.

Since the last update you need to press "enter" to confirm the start time, then "enter" again to confirm the end time.
In the old version we could press tab after just filling in 0910 and 0935 and it would automatically pick up that we want time tracked from 09:10 to 09:35 which means 25m will be tracked.
The extra manual action is quite annoying and harder to understand that it can be done...

I use the feature where you can use a start and end time a lot, but this takes far more clicks to accomplish now. And you cannot use the 'Enter' key anymore to submit the time.
Also I'm now unable to enter a duration of 20mins, so I have to choose between 15min or 30min. Which after doing 5+ times does end up being a big time difference for our paying customers.
