The new gitlab integration sucks. The way MRs and commits and branches are listed out muddies up what we're trying to get in and see.

I need to quickly see all the MRs attached to the task. Preferably would like to see if it's been merged already or not, but that is not always reliable, and not it is showing multiple links to the same MR making it cumbersome to weed through and make sure we review/deploy/see all of the related MRs.

It also has junk like the "review status" that shows up with "review required" on MRs that have been reviewed and approved... if it isn't going to show accurate info, it is more useful to just not have it there.

Having the "quick start" at the top is bulky and annoying too -- like, I get it if there aren't any MRs attached yet, but once there is, all that junk should take up way less real estate so we can see the important parts.

The old tabbed modal was a little awkward and sometimes I missed when someone had commits but hadn't created an MR or something, but at least it was clear and we could see what was going on. Now it is just a convoluted mess.

I usually think that I am just uncomfortable with change and need to get used to a new interface, but I've been trying with this one and it is just awful. Please please please make it suck less.
