It would be best if assignees can be added to automations without them having to have accepted an invite first and, when it involves multiple assignees, I have to wait for them all to accept invites before I can set up a relevant automation. Having to wait for them means that I cannot complete my workflow until they do. I would rather that they get inundated with notifications when they do accept the invite, and feel bad for talking so long, than me having to wait around for them before I can do what I need to do.
