2 Way SMS + Voice Call

It would be extremely helpful to be able to have 2 Way Texting and Voice call built on ClickUp. We are actively texting our customers throughout the entire process of our company. From Lead Generated to the actual time the client is installed, we provide updates on all fronts (email, texts, phone calls, etc) Being able to integrate SMS into ClickUp would allow our entire team full visibility into what update has been provided without having to leave a note or comment on the project.
This feature would be super beneficial to Marketing agencies as well as Sales Teams. It would also help with streamlining operations and customer communications

An automated replies to the new tasks created while linking our own SMS platform will allow us to manage the SMS platform as a standalone and still be able to send messages to customers on specific parameters viz., welcome message etc

I could really use an integration that used SMS both ways with ClickUp. For example: When a custom field in ClickUp is changed, I want it to send an automatic text to a specific person. Then if the person replies with a specific keyword, I want it to automatically assign that person to that task.

Click up really needs an SMS feature, made similar to the email feature (this to needs work but thats another story)
Personally I Love the conveniance of the Click Up App. I use it to organize my Client Projects, to create a CRM and more. and it has proven effective especially as much time as i have put in to understanding the Click up platform and more. However, I would find Click up so much more productive if i could utilize it for SMS messages, either singular or even for Bulk and Mass sending. most of my clientelle as well as potiential leads i gaid opperate through their Mobile phones. not an actual stationary office phone. so i have made it a point to reaching them directly via cell phone. for a quicker and more guranteeded response. Now if there was a feature within or seemlessly intergrated with Click up where i could sms them through the platform it would relieve such a headache from jumping from one platform to anoter such as my google voice. It would also keep things organzized. as I have dedicated Profiles as well as activity logs for each client.
Im just saying if this is the can do everything app, SMS messaging would make it that much closer to perfection.
oh and also the ability to create SMS saved templates would be AMAZING !!!!
it's a thought my 2 cents. but I feel it would make things that much better.

I’d love to see native SMS messaging capabilities added to ClickUp for communicating with clients. This would be a huge value-add for teams that need to reach clients quickly and reliably, especially for those who may not always check email or ClickUp notifications.
Use Cases:
Sending SMS reminders for upcoming meetings.
Appointment reminders for clients and candidates.
SMS invitations to organize interviews, with the ability for recipients to click a link to confirm attendance.
(Bonus) Clickable calendar booking links in SMS messages for easy scheduling.
Two-way SMS isn’t strictly necessary, but would be a fantastic addition if possible. Even just outbound SMS with clickable links would solve a lot of communication gaps for us.
Currently, the lack of direct SMS functionality is the only major limitation we experience with ClickUp. Adding this feature would make ClickUp a complete solution for client and candidate management.

Yes. I have dashboards in ClickUp with my GoHighLevel SMS chats. ClickUp is SUCH a useful tool, but I can't stand that i am not able to integrate it with my SMS ops side.

GoHighLevel is our SMS platform, and it offers a lot of functionality that ClickUp does, but it's user interface is HORRID. I would much rather use ClickUp, I'd even be willing to switch to a different SMS vendor, but ClickUp not having any SMS capability when it's sort of put out there as a CRM tool makes it inferior when compared to GoHighLevel. Hope this changes in the future.

This is one of the biggest hurdles for us to switch from Microsoft Teams to ClickUp chat. Our support team uses Teams to call customers and to chat with them during the call, and if ClickUp had this functionality it'd make switching to chat much easier.
