2 Way SMS + Voice Call

It would be extremely helpful to be able to have 2 Way Texting and Voice call built on ClickUp. We are actively texting our customers throughout the entire process of our company. From Lead Generated to the actual time the client is installed, we provide updates on all fronts (email, texts, phone calls, etc) Being able to integrate SMS into ClickUp would allow our entire team full visibility into what update has been provided without having to leave a note or comment on the project.
This feature would be super beneficial to Marketing agencies as well as Sales Teams. It would also help with streamlining operations and customer communications

This is one of the biggest hurdles for us to switch from Microsoft Teams to ClickUp chat. Our support team uses Teams to call customers and to chat with them during the call, and if ClickUp had this functionality it'd make switching to chat much easier.

This would be a much-appreciated feature! Something like Microsoft's "Phone Link" comes to mind, but it would be nice to have it all contained in ClickUp! Hopefully, this would mean integrating a current phone number into the system, rather than generating a new one.

This funcionality will solve many problems. I look forward to

This definitely should be added! This will be gamechanger for all clickup users. We can forgot close, pipedrive, gohighlevel after you integrate this. ClickUp Team must do that!

We need out clients decisions send by email. It would be great to have 2way sms

This would be amazing. So many people nowadays would rather communicate with Text than through Email - the ability to have an SMS inbox connected to specific tasks, so we could communicate with people directly back and forth through text would be a game changer. Front has this capability already. So it's definitely possible. Twilio has the API to build something like this (at a surface glance).

This is something we definitely would use in our brokerage for reminding clients about payments or notifying about upcoming renewals or allowing clients to request policy changes via SMS.
Monday has a Twilio integration that sort of does this but ClickUp has a real opportunity to make this a standout feature.

I totally agree with this comment.
A call and messaging service integrated with clickup would make our customer support department a lot easier.
