(avoidance of) Vendor/Data lock in is one of my highest criteria in selecting a platform. The inability to move a Space from one Workspace to another is a form of data capture. I see there are some import/export methods that might be able to be used. But even your help system indicates that's not the best method.

Not likely to upgrade to paid without this feature. Will build in here until I can't. Then look for an alternative. Build my own with AI agents if I have to.

Very important! We need to move one space with crucial historical data, comments, solutions to another workspace. It would be a huge advantage to have this solution in place.

Yes I need this feature added desperately. I have to move my data from one the workspace of a business I no longer work in to a personal one & its a huge exercise....

Very important … i.e. to clean-up my setting and create a new business workspace!

Back in 2021, Abet Dela Cruz mentioned that since users own their accounts and can create multiple Workspaces, they should also be able to copy and/or move Spaces from one Workspace to another.

However, as of today, this feature still doesn’t seem to exist. There is still no straightforward way to transfer Spaces, Lists, or Tasks between Workspaces, which remains a real limitation when dealing with restructurings, team mergers, or organizational changes.

Could you please clarify why no progress has been made on this request since 2021, and whether this feature is planned on the roadmap?

I strongly believe this functionality would be highly valuable for many users, as it would:

Simplify internal reorganizations or structural mergers

Facilitate project migrations between different entities

Save time and avoid manual work or third-party tools
