As an enhancement to the new Chat functionality, it would be great to be able to move a message in a Chat from one Chat to another Chat. For example, someone posts a message in the wrong place. It would be nice to move it.

In situations where more than one locationless Chat for the same topic exists, it would be great if there were a way to merge the two Chats together.
