Move doc to Wiki page/subpage

The Wiki sits within the Docs list as an all-in-one entry. It's not possible to then move a Doc from the 'All' view into a Wiki as a page or subpage - this should be a feature.

Absolutely! copy / pasting removes the original author and publish date.

Just noticed this: you can't move a Doc to a Wiki but convert it to a page or subpage and then you can.
