Yes, it is very transparent, but can we know when the feedback is read? Can we get some confirmation that our feedback is not getting ignored? I put in 5 posts within 2 weeks, and they seem to have just disappeared. I don't want to pester the support guys with feedback, since they are nice guys, but at least make it more acknowledged.
