I use the app as my repair ticket center where I document the status of the equipment I repair or the subscription I sold to the customer. I see that a link can be shared so that the customer can follow up on their ticket but the drawback is that they must create a click up account. I would like a view-only sharing mode to be enabled and access the link as a guest without an account to follow up.
