A very useful feature of Notion is the ability to quickly add a time/date by simply @mentioning it. You can even hit "@" and type "n-o-w" and it will stamp the exact moment. These dates also dynamically update, so that same "now" will become "yesterday" when you look at it tomorrow, and so on.

This could wrap into some reporting perhaps, if you wanted to see all mentions of a date, alongside due dates, etc. You could get a great snapshot of a certain day's action in ClickUp, including when it was mentioned in a Doc or Task.
