We use ClickUp as the complete history of a file with any given client, logging events through activity comments in chronological order. When something happens away from the computer, such as a phone call with the client, I might not update ClickUp until the next day. Without the ability to backdate comments, it’s impossible to keep them in proper sequence. The current workaround is typing the correct date in the comment, but it still appears out of order. A better feature would allow me to manually adjust the timestamp for late entries, ensuring the timeline accurately reflects what happened and when.
