Manual progress% on single tasks
not on the roadmap

Would be really useful to show (especially in gantt view) a progress% that I can manually edit for each task.

make Manual Progress column editable by task
V
Victor Ortega
When I add a Manual Progress column to "Everything," I can set the field name, the start value, and the end value; however, once set, it cannot be edited at the task level. Such editing would be great: for example, if I'm tracking the progress of reading books, I can have for one, "page 7 of 190", for another "chapter 5 of 12", and for yet another "unit 1 of 6"; the display/sorting could then be by the (automatically) calculated percentage of the values given: for "page 7 of 190" it would be 3.7%; for "chapter 5 of 12" it would be 42%; and for "unit 1 of 6" it would be 17%. This would be far more flexible than the current manual progress column, and more applicable than the automatic progress (not all tasks have subtasks or checklists).
