One of our concerns is simplifying the user journey when working with tools. Some tasks, like adding to a sprint and simultaneously changing several dropdowns, can be difficult for a non-professional user. However, it’s possible to implement a feature where a series of specific actions are predefined, and the user can complete all those steps automatically with a single click within a task. These changes are determined by the admin, who can modify the automation for that particular button as needed. Currently, such a feature is available in the other app like coda, but automation in ClickUp is quite complicated.
