Mandatory Field Validation & Warning Notification

Prevent users from proceeding with updates when mandatory fields are incomplete.
Requirements:
- Display a warning pop-up when required fields are missing.
- Block the update process until all mandatory fields are completed.
- Apply the same validation when a task or subtask is added to another List using Add to List.
- Ensure data completeness and consistency across workflows.

This could be helpful in an approval situation as well. For instance, if you had a custom field for "manager approval", if you could make the field required so it locks further updates until the manager approves, and then it makes the field not required so updates could be made again... that would be amazing!
