Make rollups from relationships available for formula fields

It doesn't seem there is a way to add the values for a rollup field. It would be great to be able to use rollup field values from relationships in formula fields.

It would be really helpful if formula fields could use values from rollup fields. Being able to add or calculate totals across related items like contracts, amendments, or rates would save a lot of manual work and make these setups much easier to manage.

This would help our contract and project management workflows so much. Currently, we have to manually add the values of different types of contracts in 5 lists so that the formulas can use a custom column $ field, instead of adding the values to one list, and linking them through a rollup, and then using a formula to add/subtract the different contract values to find the total contract value. It would save our team countless hours of work on a weekly basis.
So for example, a contract may have an amendment or a CO linked to it. Contracts, amendments, CO's, etc are all recorded on their own list. I've added relationships of amendments and CO's to our Contract list, and a rollup of the values of each. So a contract may have linked an amendment and CO and their values. I want a formula to be able to take the initial contract value and add the value in the rollup field(s) to get a total contract value. This should be an simple option to add to the formula capabilities. Please try!!!!

This would be amazing. We have clickup set for performance reviews, it would be great to use the roll-up to then average scores for comparison across team members.

i want to be able to store constants as variables for use in formulas etc.
eg. Currency Exchange Rate.
- I created a List called Variables.
- A Variable called PHP to AUD
- Custom Field for Variables as Number
- Created a Relation to Staff Member List
- A Rollup to bring in the Number from the PHP to AUD Relation
PROBLEM HERE
- Cant reference this Rollup in Formula to make the conversion happen.
We need to be able to define Constants that can be referenced Variably.
I'd suggest this feature is implemented separate to Relations and Rollups etc.
I just want to be able to define Global Constants somewhere in ClickUp so that I can reference them anywhere.
Even just getting to the point it isn't working is so cumbersome. Because then we need to make sure that relation is linked for every task before we can rollup. and then even that is buggy.
Just give me Global Constants somewhere in ClickUp so that I can reference them anywhere dynamically.

Subject: Allow Formula Fields to Reference Rollup Fields
Description:
I would like the ability for Formula custom fields to reference and use values from Rollup fields in ClickUp. Currently, formulas cannot use the numeric value generated by a Rollup field, which limits the ability to automate calculations that depend on related data (for example, multiplying a daily rate from a Rollup by a duration field to calculate total cost) and have the availability to see the cost-budget to an activity base on a duration of a task time estimate.
Use Case:
In my workflow, I use a Rollup field to bring in the daily rate from a related Labor Roaster list. I want to automatically calculate the total cost of an activity by multiplying this daily rate (from the Rollup) by the task’s duration. However, since Formula fields cannot reference Rollup fields, this calculation cannot be automated and must be done manually, which is inefficient and error-prone. Additionally having the availability to adjust the durantion and have the changes in the cost of a project are vital feature of project managment tools.
Benefit:
Allowing formulas to use Rollup field values would enable more powerful, automated, and accurate budget, cost calculations across related tasks and lists. This would save time, reduce manual entry, and unlock more advanced project management workflows for many users.

Use rollup columns in formulas

It makes no sense to use rollup columns if I still have to go to a BI tool to calculate i.e. profit per client etc…

Rollup data should be usable in Functions and Automations

Make the rollup data usable in functions and automations. Seems like this should be a pretty standard feature...
