Make moving organizing tasks by drag and drop easier [From support ticket]

Currently, re-ordering tasks is tedious and some tasks get frequently lost under subtasks. Please make the space where you can drag and drop a task to place it above/below another much easier to select.

very tedious..please fix. it easy to place a task beneath another task. but to promote a task LEFT to a higher level is almost impossible.
