As I use ClickUp as a CRM and a contact list, not only as a project management tool, it would be great to have a kind of e-mail builder like Brevo/Mailchimp/Mailjet/etc. This is very linked to having diffusion lists. It would also be useful to be able to plug it to automations in such ways :
  • If e-mail sent to diffusion list, then diffusion list e-mails get updated status or else
  • If status is updated for a list of diffusion/contacts, then send a specific mail
So it's really about having a simple way to make pretty e-mails, as well as integrating diffusion lists. I think a dedicated app would be better, in order to also keep the simpler e-mails when needed/prefered.
I think there is also a great opportunity to be able to connect those pretty emails or even simple ones to clickup brain, for it to fill specific items in the emails (titles, paragraphes, attachments,...), which is not quite existing yet elsewhere unless using complex agentic AI.
