Live Chat Support
not on the roadmap
Eric
For a sensitive tool like Clickup, we should, at least paying members, have access to live chat support.
I'm moving to Clickup from Wrike, where we had live chat support. Most issues/questions were typically resolved in 5-10 minutes. I feel like we have devolved in that sense to something that will take hours, rather than minutes, to give us an answer.
If it's a matter of cost, you could charge an extra fee for the live chat support.
Example of a company who excels in this WPX Hosting (response time: 1 second, literally). That's why I moved all my sites to them.

We've done a lot of work in the first half of this year and I'm pleased to say that we now offer live support! Feel free to reach out in chat at any time and someone will get to you as soon as possible.

Eric Wightman: has this feature now been removed? I remember seeing an email about changes but can't find it. This was one of the primary reasons I stayed with clickup as the live chat support was easy to reach and quick to respond...

Hey Eric! We definitely hear you and this is something that is very important to us. In fact we have (and are continuing to) aggressively hire more Customer Success Champions for this exact reason. We have made big improvements in our average response time and won't stop until we get there (which will be soon!) 🙂

I agree but bearing in mind time differences and a certain virus, working conditions are more difficult. I live in the UK and so have a major time difference but pre virus frequently had close to live chat. I would like to see a true live chat feature but would be happy to wait until this can be done safely.

Christine Barnes: This is exactly the kind of job that can be done from anywhere (a beach or the safety of your home). It's what all support teams are doing, work from home.
