List updates in a notification group from oldest (top) to newest (bottom)

The current reverse order is so confusing. Or give individual users a way to change this just for themselves.

Great feedback! As we chatted on our call Rob Leslie, this is actually how legacy notifications is, but we're still looking into switching it up :)
