The whole "limited member" role is super confusing. Please stop automatically making a limited member a "limited member with permissions" that I will be billed full price for while simultaneously advertising that "View-only limited members are always FREE and don't count towards any seat limits". The process to convert them to "limited members with a view-only access" is also convoluted and user friendly. After a billing complication, this experience has dramatically decreased my desire to use ClickUp as this feels like a very slimy tactic to grab money out of my pocket when I'm not looking. :(
