In the forms, the options are limited for the design, or even the fields, for example the I want to add a field in the form and make it hidden and give it a value in the background but I don't want the value to be shown in the form's link, this is not good option because it may changes and enables another form, for example I can say in the link https://forms.clickup.com/...../...../.......?Category=Development

and the users can change the link to

and they can change the value (that is not meant to be changed by them) by exposing this field.

So I want the field to have a value but not exposed in the URL
