Let us mention Documents, Tasks, websites, etc for AI in Custom Fields

Please let us mention documents to our SOPs and on the basis of which our custom fields will work.
Copying and pasting the same manual to 15 different fields will be too cumbersome when we have to update the SOP leading to lots of miscommunications.
