There is a CRM tool called Cloze, ( https://ai.cloze.com/platform/ ) which has a feature that I am a big fan of. It lets you connect your phone and pulls all communications in so that when tracking relationships and you open a contact it shows you all your interactions with them across email, slack, text messages, or mobile calls.

It also lets you set categories of relationship types, and set a time to remind you to reach back out to them. IE 6 months for a donor, bi weekly for x type of contact, 3 months for y type of contact.

It is a feature that given ClickUps desire to replace all other bizz tools, is powerful enough of a feature to consider as it brings an incredible amount of consolidated insight to relationships which, are the foundation of any sucessful endeavor in life, are they not?
