Managing task statuses in ClickUp currently requires multiple clicks, which can disrupt workflow and slow down productivity. This is especially problematic for high-volume users or workflows with automation-heavy setups.
Proposed Features:

    : Allow users to assign specific shortcuts for each status (e.g.,

  2. Quick Mark as Done/Closed
    : Provide a default shortcut to mark tasks as "Done" (press once) or "Closed" (press twice).
  3. Cycle Through Statuses
    : Introduce an optional shortcut (e.g.,

    ) to cycle through statuses sequentially for simpler workflows.
