Keep Automations on Templates when creating new spaces and on Copying Lists
complete
Hannah Pexa
Automations do not repopulate/duplicate if you save the space as a Template and create a new space OR if you copy a list with automation and make a new list. Would like to see duplication and templates to apply to automation.

Agree with everyone below. We need to be able to save Automations as templates or copy them from one existing Space, Folder, List to another existing Space Folder List.

The option to copy any Automation from one location to another is now available at the Folder AND Space level! 💪

Waleed Elaghil: hi there! I have created automations in List. How can I copy it to Space level AND to another List?
Waleed Elaghil
Hey Аитов Глеб! We don't have this option yet. Now, you can copy automations from a Space to Space, or Folder to Folder or List to List using the Space, Folder and List templates.
You'll have to save a template and check the Automation option and now whennever you load that template, it will copy all Automations saved.

Waleed Elaghil: is there a step by step guide where to find the needed buttons? I also want to copy automations from a main folder to a list.
Andreas Otto
Waleed Elaghil: Sorry, Waleed, but this does not work correctly once status conditions are included. In this case all status definitions are reset to "empty".
Amanda Shuman
Yes. This is absolutely mandatory.
Jeff Oxford
Yes please, we really need this.

yes!

This would be amazing.
Primary usecase for us:
Tracking time in progress for tasks by timestamping the start and end dates when tasks change statuses.
Duplicating this among our 100s of lists is a pain
Thibault de Changy
This is absolutely mandatory.
