Would it not be possible to design automations based on specific rules that completely automatically assign assignees from specific teams according to the planned and available times to tasks. Due to the fact that leave management in Clickup will soon be available, this shouldn't be a problem, as absolutely all necessary variables are available in Clickup. You just need to be able to make allocations automatically based on rules.
