Despite demonstrating various views such as the board view, list view, and table views, as well as creating customized dashboards for their convenience, they're still struggling to address tasks in a timely manner, often missing deadlines. To tackle this issue, I'm wondering if there is a way we can implement proactive notifications for team leads. One idea is to send out a weekly summary every Monday, highlighting tasks with upcoming due dates within the next seven days. This approach aims to streamline communication without inundating their inboxes with individual task notifications. Do you have any suggestions on how we can refine this approach further, or perhaps alternative solutions to ensure timely task management?
